The HR Package has arrived!

We are proud to launch our new HR Package, which works seamlessly with Holiday Manager and allows you to manage HR processes from start to finish – from onboarding to off-boarding and everything in between.

The HR Package includes:

So, how do these Managers make your life simpler? Here’s a bit more detail:

Holiday Manager uses the information you upload about your staff contracts and then automatically calculates leave entitlement and deductions, including multi-week working patterns. It also manages bank holiday entitlement, deductions and pro rata entitlement. Holiday Manager does manage other types of leave too e.g. sickness and compassionate, as well as auto-calculation of the Bradford Factor for sickness absences.

HR Alerts Manager keeps you up-to-date with the latest developments and case law, linking in seamlessly with Policy Manager. HR alerts can also be delegated to appropriate staff members and tasks can be easily allocated and tracked. 

Timesheet Manager allows you to easily manage overtime and TOIL. Using the data you’ve added to Holiday Manager, working patterns and leave are checked to ensure that all staff overtime claims are accurate. You can approve overtime claims in one click, and then print your pay report if you would like to, which means your payroll administration time should be drastically reduced. Where you allow TOIL, it’s quickly added to Holiday Manager. You can also automatically expire ‘TOIL hours’ after a set number of days, or you can manually convert to pay if you need custom control.

HR Checks Manager provides pre-populated checks for each job role, so you don’t need to worry about a thing when onboarding and off-boarding staff. As well as our useful pre-populated checklists, you can also add your own unique checks. If guidance changes, we will, of course, update the checks so you can easily roll these out.

HR Records Manager gives instant online access to HR records, including contact information and next-of-kin details. There’s also space to record your staff members’ special skills and any languages spoken, so you can quickly find the member of staff who can help.

We are constantly working on updates and improvements, which will be added to the HR Package and included in your HR Package subscription, at no extra cost. Your price won’t increase but we’ll continue to add more value to your subscription!
