As the CQC single assessment framework continues to be rolled out to all providers in England, our CQC resources have been revised to reflect the new approach and framework, with the CQC Masterclass: The Perfect Practice, now significantly updated throughout.

The CQC Masterclass: The Perfect Practice (part of the Practice Index Learning Package) in the HUB, is comprised of six modules. This includes an introductory module, followed by an in-depth look at each key question. Each subsequent module, focused on the key questions in turn, delves into the meaning of the quality statement, evidence considerations and recommendations on required policies and learning.

This Masterclass is aimed at enhancing your understanding of the single assessment framework and links to the CQC Handbook [PLUS] and CQC Manager, part of the Compliance Package, in the HUB.

The CQC Masterclass: The Perfect Practice, contains the following modules:

• Module 1: Introduction
• Module 2: Key Question (Safe)
• Module 3: Key Question (Effective)
• Module 4: Key Question (Caring)
• Module 5: Key Question (Responsive)
• Module 6: Key Question (Well-led)

The CQC Masterclass is an online course delivered in the HUB. For existing Practice Index Learning Package subscribers, this module is available in your course list.
