This modular Masterclass has been designed to introduce the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and to help practices effectively prepare for an inspection. The course is comprised of six modules. The first gives an introduction to the CQC and the remaining modules will focus on the five questions asked by the CQC during an inspection.
