Introducing Compliments Manager to the Compliance Package

Working in general practice is a demanding and stressful environment, so it is important to ensure that compliments are recorded and shared with the team to improve team morale, create a sense of positivity in the workplace and help deliver and evidence service improvements.

Following on from the popular Complaints Manager, we have now launched Compliments Manager, a great way to record, manage and share compliments. You can also assign follow-up actions to your team in one simple click.

Compliments Manager can be accessed in the HUB for all Compliance Package members.

Also included in the Compliance Package:

 CQC Manager* -An ideal way to effectively collate and present all evidence required for the CQC in one central, secure place.
 Safety Alerts Manager – Allows you to easily manage, action and distribute CAS alerts to the necessary staff in your practice, with a full audit trail for  inspection purposes.
 Significant Events ManagerEnables you to record, manage, categorise, distribute and add learning to your significant events.
 Complaints ManagerHelps you manage the complaints process from start to finish. You can assign outcomes and create your annual KO41b submissions with ease.
 Risk Register ManagerA quick and easy way to record and assess your practice risks, apply ratings and monitor actions, in one central place.
Checks ManagerCreate custom checks for your practice, from premises checks to fridge temperature checks. Set checks to repeat automatically and assign checks to be carried out by certain staff members.

All additional Managers, features, future development and updates within the Compliance Package will be included in your Compliance Package subscription, at no extra cost. Your price will not increase but we will continue to add more and more value to your subscription!

*Will include a major update to CQC Manager, ready for the CQC changes where Quality Statements will replace the existing KLOEs. There are 34 Quality Statements, and they will sit under the existing five key questions. CQC Manager will be updated to reflect the planned changes from the CQC. However, for now, it’s business as usual with the CQC and you’ll be inspected against the existing KLOEs and assessment framework, meaning CQC Manager will work perfectly for any upcoming inspections. As soon as the changes are implemented, CQC Manager will be updated and any evidence you have added will still be accessible and can be re-mapped in a matter of clicks.

Price:

The Compliance Package is £365 + VAT per year or £325 + VAT per year if you are a Practice Index PLUS member.
