If you run your holiday year from April, it’s the perfect time to start thinking about how you can improve your annual leave processes for the year ahead.
We’ve had incredible feedback from users who have already moved over to Holiday Manager (1315 practices and counting!) and we’re confident you’ll feel equally as pleased to be free from manual calculations, paper requests and confusion over who is owed what leave!
Since launch, we’ve been inundated with questions such as
- Are holiday allowances calculated automatically?
- Can Holiday Manager work out pro-rata bank holiday allowance?
- Can Holiday Manager work in both sessions and hours?
- Can I run two different leave years consecutively?
- Am I able to log sickness and monitor Bradford Factor?
- Can Holiday Manager calculate leave for staff on flexible working patterns?
The answer to all these questions is YES! Holiday Manager is the only tool you need to manage, request, authorise and monitor annual leave and other absences. And it is completely free to use.
How does Holiday Manager work? We use working patterns to calculate the correct amount of leave including pro-rated and bank holiday allowances. Calculations are performed automatically, so once you’ve set your staff up, you don’t need to do anything more. Holiday Manager allows you to set up flexible working patterns for each staff member, and when someone starts or leaves, it’s as simple as adding the date, we do the hard work for you.
