Our new Safety Alerts Manager allows you to review, action and distribute Central Alerting System (CAS) notifications. Developed for primary care, Safety Alert Manager is available in the Practice Index HUB
Safety Alerts published by CAS will automatically appear in real time, allowing you to quickly review and cascade alerts to the relevant people in your team in a matter of seconds, with a full audit trail for inspection purposes.
Our dashboard enables you to view at a glance which safety alerts require action, who they are assigned to, and what action needs to be taken.

Email and/or HUB notification (bell alert and dashboard). Alert status is “Open” until it is actioned (“No action required” or “Completed action”). All this is show in the alert history audit trail.
