- Bookings are non-refundable.
- If you are not able to attend you must let us know in writing at least two full working days beforehand. Every attempt will be made to move your booking to an alternative course or date (subject to availability).
- If we do not receive notification of cancellation the full fee will be applied.
- Payment in full must be received 5 working days before. Delegates will not be able to attend the session if payment has not been received.
- Delegates must have access to a computer or laptop with camera and microphone access to participate in the session.
- If the trainer is unavailable for any unforeseen circumstances we will offer a suitable alternative.
