Root Cause Analysis

Effective root cause analysis (RCA) is a fundamental element of the significant event analysis process. Understanding how to accurately carry out RCA will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills they need to determine why something has gone wrong. The techniques learnt will enable delegates to support the organisation in improving processes and systems so that repeat occurrences are minimised, thereby enhancing patient safety and organisational productivity.
