Communicating through the cloud lets you tap into a range of smart call management features so you can make and take calls, forward calls, queue calls and take part in voice and video conferencing, while securely matching calls to patient records. Calls are made and received over Sesui’s secure network through any device, whether its an office phone, mobile, tablet, laptop or even home phone, across multiple locations. They’re automatically recorded and then securely accessed over the NHS N3 / HSCN network. Patient call recording are then integrated into leading patient record management systems such as EMIS and Adastra, allowing call recordings to go back into the patient record for compliance and consistency of care if multiple clinicians are involved.  Calls are automatically charged back to the practice or orgnisation’s call plan so that the GP or clinician is never personally out of pocket. Other key benefits include:

Sesui has been our telephone provider for the past 11 years, the practice has benefited from the cloud based service. The recording of incoming and outgoing calls, which is under N3 network, has helped manage challenging patient complaints and enhanced staff training on managing calls. I manage four practice across five locations and we are now connected across locations and helping us to set up a call centre to manage all patient calls. The service facility also allows us to look at working from home.

I would recommend if anyone wanting to change their communications to include them on their list.
