We have been with Louiscomm for over 13 years now. They installed their system in our old premises and were always on hand if anything went wrong. The Building was not fit for purpose including having to climb under the stairs to install and maintain but they never complained. We have since moved to a new building bringing Louicomm with us. They did a fantastic job with the new install, spending nearly a week with us whilst BT tryed to connect us. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Louiscomm.

We have been with Louiscomm for over 15 years now. We have always received personal attention to detail with a great service, both before and after sales. We have had number of upgrades to our telephony systems during the time we have been in business with them. Their professionalism speaks volumes, very knowledgeable and Maddie, the founder of the company gives us her time unconditionally, and has always been very supportive of our own practice needs in terms of our telecommunication business services.
Louiscomm as an organisation have great work ethics and listen to their customers and provided us with the right products for our practice. Their service and finance teams have always been there for us, any time we needed them in emergency situations and dealt with our issues swiftly and promptly, needless to say there service is second to none and we are very fortunate to have them as our business partners.

I have worked with Maddie and Louiscomm since 2004 and they have provided excellent service and good products. As a GP practice reliability and service are extremely important and Louiscomm have always provided both. When there are problems they are dealt with swiftly. As an added benefit they have always beaten the competition on price. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Louiscomm. They have been our suppliers for over 14 years, the support we receive from them is superb. There is always someone contactable, even on Good Friday!!! All the staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. If we ever need an engineer, they are always on hand and at the surgery very quickly.

Highly recommend. Solved all our phone problems we had with our previous supplier. Fast and smooth installation. Very responsive and reliable costumer service. The whole team is extremely helpful. Our welcoming and comforting messages are constantly updated sometimes at short notice. No major incident since installation last November. Modern, user friendly system.

I have nothing but praise for Louiscomm. We have worked with them for over 15 years and they are highly competitive and have always offered outstanding customer service.

We have had new telephone systems installed, system upgrades and commissioned new systems for the local Walk in Centre. Louiscomm have always handled all our installations for us and all work has gone extremely smoothly.
We now have our telephones systems, lines and maintenance with Louicomm. Queries and questions are always dealt with swiftly, they never try to push any products on us but give us plenty of honest information which enables us to make up our own minds about what we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The service is truly based around the customer and as they work with a lot of GP surgeries, they really understand our requirements. I would highly recommend Louiscomm

TMGP have used this company for the installation of a telephone systems. Being a multi-site practice, this has been a fairly complex project, carried out in 3 stages.

Every time we have used them we have found them to be professional and will always listen to our ideas. Maddie, the Director, is friendly and will always come to the practice to come and discuss business and the engineers are always efficient and friendly.

Their aftersales and support is always reliable. Thoroughly recommend you give them a call if you are thinking of upgrading your telephone system or thinking of new software to help you and your patients.
