The DJP is full of useful tools and resources for improvement, centralised into one place to make it simple for practices to make improvements on their digital journey.
The DJP makes planning improvements easy by generating an action plan based on your answers, giving practices clear and attainable areas for improvement and highlighting the tools and resources available to support with implementation. The DJP is split into modules that focus on specific areas for improvement.

The Social Media Managed Service provides GP practices and Primary Care Networks with high quality patient social media communication, without the burden and pressures associated with managing social media channels.
- Creation of new social media pages or enhancing existing ones.
- Access to the Redmoor Health support centre for queries and coaching (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm).
- Posting regular, relevant content to local communities using a mixture of national campaigns and bespoke posts
- Refresher training and advice on how to manage patient communications.
- Creation of regular campaigns in video, animation and image formats to increase reach and traction.
- Moderation of pages to reduce the pressure on practice teams.
- Creation of closed Facebook groups for patients with long term conditions or their PPG.

The Social Media Managed Service is priced at £499 per page for 12 months.
