An excellent, organised and tailored service. The team carried out seven 'mock inspections' to get our teams bench marked regarding CQC readiness. Their approach and in-depth knowledge were welcomed by our Practice Managers and I have no problem in recommending them to any GP practices wishing to better themselves and be CQC ready.

Mat and Phil’s input was invaluable prior to a recent CQC inspection. With ever changing goal posts they provided us the framework we required to prove that we deliver the excellent care we strive to provide. As ever with CQC the devil is in the paperwork not the daily delivery of care. I would not hesitate to use their expertise again. Thank you.
