Created in 2020 by Dr Azim to support NHS colleagues working within primary care, he drew on his experience working for over 14 years as an NHS doctor to design clinician led services that have now been provided to over 1.7 million patients. 

To date we have processed over 4 million clinical correspondence, saved 60,000+ clinical hours and offers 30,000+ additional NHS appointments each year for GP surgeries.

NovaHS’s multi-disciplinary team is made up of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Business Support Officers, Doctors, Clinical Coders, GP Assistants, Care Coordinators, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, IT technicians and Software Developers. 

We adhere to the latest guidelines and best practice measures, ensuring our services are standardised around three key pillars: safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Recognising that each practice may face its unique challenges, we also offer bespoke solutions to address these effectively. Furthermore, our services are delivered by staff who meet the ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme) funding criteria, ensuring alignment with current healthcare funding structures.

Clinical Correspondence

NovaHS offers a clinical correspondence support service designed to free up GP time and address the challenges of sick/annual leave and recruitment. Services aim to address both the build-up of clinical correspondence and provide ongoing support to mitigate risk of reoccurrence. NovaHS also offers summarisation support (including Lloyd George envelopes) and bulk amendment of codes in line with changes in expectations (QOF, recalls, data cleansing)

Clinical Support
