N3i staff deliver invaluable service. Always timely support and very knowledgeable staff. Sally has recently helped me set up a search, saving a lot of my clinical time that I would have to spent to retrieve the info without her support. I could then use this time to concentrate on patient care. This is the type of support that we need, thank you

Easily accessible, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always there to help with any queries, no matter how big or small. We have had excellent care from Sally over the years, if we ever ask a question she doesn't know the answer to, she always gets back to us promptly and is supportive and friendly at all times. Sally is very knowledgeable in her role and is an asset to your team.
