Poplar Grove was one of the first GP Practices to go live with a newly commissioned phone system. Working alongside Hanley Health, we designed informative messages that patients listen to when accessing our phone system. Patients are encouraged to use on-line options to book appointments, check test results, cancel appointments and make general enquiries. They are also offered the option of receiving support to be able to do this.
