GP's all agree the dictation software is the best we've used, intuitive and could be used with little training, Practice Secretary very happy with the quality of the letters. Any issues we had during the trial process were taken seriously and software updates were rolled out correcting them, can't do better than that!

Dictate.IT is an excellent program for inputting text into any text field. Works well with EMIS and makes dictating letters very speedy. Excellent accuracy, much better than previous dictation programs I have used in the past, and not just for the medical terms. As previously stated by another reviewer, this software uses little resources and hence does not seem slow the computer down. Easy short cut key combination as well as helpful toolbar to show when the dictation is active. Dictating letters and consultations has saved me time and has improved my overall record keeping.

Very quick and writes into any programme a GP might use. Saves me an hour per day.

This is an excellent product. I have used Dragon Medical edition for many years for letters and all consultations, but have now switched to the Dictate.IT product. It has very good accuracy and recognises medical terms correctly. I particularly appreciate the fact that it uses very little of the PC resources (unlike Dragon). I would thoroughly recommend it, hence 5 stars.

We have found Dictate.IT an easy to use system, minimal fuss, very accurate at picking up medical terminology correctly, simple to use app on mobile telephone which negates the need for having a physical dicta-phone, really friendly and responsive team too, have implemented quickly several feature requests that we have submitted. We would highly recommend this service.

We were in need of renewing our dictation solution as our previous system was very outdated and had no up to date functionality. Whilst we retain excellent secretarial staff we were looking to try and improve efficiencies within the Practice. We have been extremely satisfied with Dictate.IT - the product works really well transcribing speech to text for medical letters near flawlessly. This significantly reduces secretarial typing times and allows them to focus on other tasks that are always adding to their workloads. The ability to remote dictate using smartphone app securely is wonderful; it is so intuitive and easy to use that even our most IT wary colleagues took to it easily! The support from Dictate.IT has been second to none - they are quick to respond and always available. The cost significantly helps too - it is £000's cheaper than other alternatives yet has near parity of functionality as far as I can see.
