Midas have been great and happy to recommend. The whole process from start to finish of installation and transferring from previous company went smoothly. The process was fully explained by Julian and was reassured along the way with the transfer and set up. Have now been with Midas for 2 years and have no complaints whatsoever. Their response to any queries is very prompt and same day resolution. The team are very friendly and responsive, queries resolved very quickly. Thank you Julian, Mark and Scott (and team) for an excellent service.

Midas have a brilliant customer service ethos – second to none I have worked with. All their staff are helpful and courteous and their response to any query is normally same day, which provides peace of mind for me.
They don’t have call out charges and work with the new customer to get everything bespoke to the needs of the company. We now have three sites and use MIDAS on them all and should we acquire any further sites I will definitely move to MIDAS on these.
