Channel are always easy to get hold of, and are helpful when you do. They do not mind helping you no matter what the query. Engineers also come out very quickly if needed. Would recommend.

We have been with Channel for the last seven years and have had nothing but great service from them. Nothing is too much trouble and any changes I need done to our system are completed with the least amount of effort. They supply us with our phone system, call stacking system and call recording system and all are easy to use and manage and simple to extract date from them for the Welsh Access Standards.

We have been with Channel for almost 8 years. We've had many changes, including a merger, in that time, Channel have always provided excellent service, often at short notice, and have offered innovative solutions to meet our needs. The system now is more extensive than it was when first installed and and whatever changes we face in the years to come we are confident that it can meet our needs.

We have been customers of Channel for approximately 15 years. During that time we have been through many changes (hardware and software) as technology advances. We have always had a very good relationship with the whole team at Channel. The support team lead by Andy (and Gareth) has been outstanding. They are always quick to respond to technical problems (which is rare) and the communication pathway is quick and easy. Claire and her Team on the front desk are very supportive and maintain communication with us whilst issues are resolved. I have managed the practice for 30 years and had been with several companies before we signed up with Channel. We are extremely pleased with our choice and have no desire to change.

We have been customers of Channel for many years. We have always received excellent service and their products are ideal for the demands of General Practise. We have recently changed to the Wildix system which enables staff to work from home very easily. This system also ticks all the boxes for the many Access Standards the Practice need to evidence.

Our telephone system was no longer fitting the requirements of General Practice. We contacted Channel Comms and was introduced to a wonderful business Manager who offered us a bespoke package.. Every step of the process was handled by Channel Comms, from dealing with our existing supplier to arranging installation, even preprogramming each telephone in advance. The engineers were wonderful, well informed on our requirements and answered all questions no matter how silly they seemed. For every query there was always someone available to help us. Despite our concerns of a stressful migrate from supplier and system there was no downtime to our telephone system and the move was nothing short of perfection. We are extremely happy , and would highly recommend to anyone looking to change to a faster, reliable telephone system.

We are really pleased with our new Mitel phone system. It has helped us to monitor our calls and the patients seem so much happier now they realise they are in a proper queue. You don’t have to manually switch it over after business hours, it’s also really easy to change our greeting messages too.

We always get a quick response when there is a problem and there is always someone at the end of the phone to help. I would happily recommend Channel Comms to anyone considering a new phone system.
