We primarily focus on the GP staff experience and client satisfaction by providing the following services:

Morning Cover

Providing support GP in-house teams during peak hours, such as the morning rush, providing call navigating and information taking easing the burden on the reception staff whilst increasing patient satisfaction. 

All Day Cover

Providing support to GP in-house teams throughout the day when required, such as sickness, holiday, and training cover. Providing call navigating and information taking as an extension of reception teams to ease workloads and limit waiting times.

Included, but not limited to:

  • Overflow for the morning rush
  • Basic call navigating and message taking
  • A highly trained staff as an extension of GPs’ teams to ease any burden
  • Our highly trained call handlers can also complete an array of tasks for GP surgeries which will alleviate on demand pressure for reception staff. All call handlers are EMIS and SystemOne trained and are provided with Smart Cards.
  • This extended service operates on a fixed cost basis. Our team will build out a fixed cost for individual requirements.

 Outbound Clinic Filling

  • We're able to fully orchestrate end-to-end outbound campaigns for clinics and GP practices to ensure all are being filled, such as flu drives and asthma clinics. This outbound service option helps our healthcare clients meet their QOF requirements.
  • This extended service operates on a fixed cost basis per campaign. Our team will build out a fixed cost for your individual requirements.
