I've worked with Stephen and 1st Class Mailing for approximately 8 years. We are in NI and they are based in England but you wouldn't know there's any distance between us! Stephen is speedy, efficient and never leaves anything undone. We've never had any problems with the equipment and Stephen always provides ink cartridges / envelopes quickly - I never, ever have to chase him up on anything. I like that there's a single point of contact as we've a good rapport and he's excellent at his job. I would have no hesitation in recommending 1st Class Mailing because … it's first class!

I would highly recommend this company. Stephen is very professional and will always try his best to answer any questions you have immediately. He has managed to secure us a new machine whilst also saving us money. I have been working with this company for several years now and have no complaints.
