Non-clinical staff are often asked to support the clinical team in relaying the results of clinical investigations to patients. This informative course will provide delegates with a basic level of understanding of understanding blood results, and some of the common conditions where regular blood testing is required, and how to recognise abnormalities.

Designed for
This course is equally suited to both new and experienced non-clinical staff who have responsibility to administer investigations and results. It is also highly appropriate for non-clinical staff who encounter pathology terms and abbreviations in the course of their work, and who would like to have a clearer understanding of them. This course has not been designed at an advanced level that would be appropriate for Practice nurses.
