The Summarising Medical Records and QOF course will teach delegates how to organise and summarise medical records. Delegates will also learn relevant abbreviations and will come to appreciate the associated confidentiality issues. In addition, the course enables delegates to understand the relevance of summarising in relation to the achievement of QOF clinical targets.
