Managing correspondence – Virtual Training session via Zoom or MS Teams – 30 minutes

This element will look at the generic roles within a primary care team and the individual’s responsibilities in correspondence management.

Processing correspondence – Virtual Training session via Zoom or MS Teams – 30 minutes

The final element of the course explains the processing of correspondence within a practice, looking at workflow processes, whilst also covering the legality of scanning documents

Objectives

On completion, learners will be able to support the practice’s non-clinical team with effective correspondence management.
