What is Lunchtime Learning?
A step away from the traditional eLearning approach, our Lunchtime Learning sessions bring the trainer ‘into’ the practice via MS Teams to enhance the learner’s experience. Held every other Wednesday at 12.30pm, our bitesize workshops will focus on hot topics for you and your staff members.
Overview:
Communicating with your patients and navigating the platforms in which to do this can be a challenge! Join Alison to learn about the fundamentals of marketing planning, building comms campaigns and how to do this effectively in general practice. You’ll leave with lots of ideas and tips to deliver a calendar of effective general practice content.
