Mental Health in the Workplace (Free course)

Overview

This course explains how staff can recognise when colleagues may be experiencing mental health problems, and how they can support their colleagues effectively. It provides learners with a baseline level of knowledge, which they can build upon through time and experience.

Objectives

2. Understand how to provide support to colleagues and/or team members
3. Learn how to recognise red flags and the actions required
4. Gain an insight into the stigma associated with mental health
