Overview

This course is designed for those staff who may be asked to facilitate change. Delegates will learn about the drivers for change, resistance to change and how to overcome it, the need for effective communication during change initiatives and the models used to enable successful outcomes.

2. Understand what is meant by resistance to change and what causes it
3. Learn how to overcome resistance to change
4. Understand why excellent communication is essential during any change initiative
