Dealing with Violent and Abusive Patients

Overview

This informative course explains the terminology used when dealing with violent and abusive patients, along with the associated legislation underpinning practice policy. The course will also explain de-escalation techniques and practical guidance will be given to delegates on how to deal with such patients and the associated administrative procedures.
