Description
This busy urban surgery of approx. 6000 patients is looking for a Business Manager for 30hrs per week (flexible days/hours) to assist the 3 Partners in managing the practice and developing an organisation structure that is effective and efficient.
The successful applicant would benefit from a knowledge of Primary Care in a GP setting as well as the digital technology commonly in use.
A focus on maximising income and cost-effective running would clearly be part of the role as well as managing the personnel function and overseeing the operational routines in conjunction with an Operations Manager who will report directly to them.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held in the week commencing 15th February.
