Business Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, Business Manager, who has excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. The successful applicant will lead our staff team and help us deliver outstanding patient care, meeting the future challenges of primary care. If you can demonstrate strategic, analytical and problem solving skills, in a pressured environment, and have a proven ability in financial management, business development and have the right IT skills then we would love to hear from you.  It would be advantageous if you have previous Primary Care, or NHS management experience, but it is not essential.

We are a busy, practice based in the center of Chichester, with five GP partners, plus salaried GPs, an excellent nursing team, supported by great admin teams and led by our Practice Manager.  Our list size is 14,000.

We would envisage that this post will be circa 35 hours plus per week

We have been rated good by CQC and are high achieving on QOF. We teach registrars and students. We are a friendly bunch too; meeting up regularly for a variety of social events throughout the year.
