This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished manager with a proven track record to join a friendly and successful GP training practice which has achieved a number of awards for excellence, including the prestigious NAPC Primary Care Home of the year 2019. The current managing partner is retiring from the management role in the practice, whilst continuing in the interim to provide a lead role in the Primary Care Network (PCN) and will be available to mentor the new manager into the role. We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organised practice business manager with strong interpersonal and business skills to lead the practice and engage with local initiatives. The person appointed will be appropriately qualified and have proven skills particularly in managing finances, HR and compliance.
