An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cygnet Primary Care Network (PCN) team in High Wycombe (PCN) as our PCN Manager.

We are looking for a full time keen and committed Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

The role is diverse and evolving and an essential component of the PCN's successful running and ongoing development.

We are looking for someone who will represent the network in stakeholder meetings, being proactive in stakeholder engagement, and who will lead business planning (both financial and workforce) for the network.

They will create and implement systems and processes, and lead network projects.

They will ensure the network is kept up to date with national and local policies, manage the contractual requirements of the network, coordinate recruitment and retention of new roles, and coordinate training and development. 

We are an established Primary Care Network serving 50,000 patients across five sites in High Wycombe, a large, diverse town in Buckinghamshire with excellent schools and amenities, minutes away from countryside with great transport links to London.
