About the role

Apply for job

Dyad is a London-based AI company providing services to NHS primary care through our AI-enabled letter coding service BetterLetter.  Working on behalf of primary care practices to reduce administrative burden on coders and GPs, our Primary Care Operations team composed of in-house coders uses our BetterLetter software to provide high-quality and efficient coding and workflow management.

As a part of this mission to improve how clinical coding is provided to NHS GP practices, we are recruiting for a full time trainer and learning manager for our Primary Care Operations (PCOps) team. This role will help to develop curricula, assessments, and skills matrices related to clinical coding and help develop our technology that supports knowledge management for coders.  The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care in the UK (usually as a practice manager, operations manager or similar) with a deep knowledge of how primary care is delivered in practice and in particular how clinical coding and document processing is done in primary care. The role would suit an experienced practice manager, operations manager or senior clinical coding team member with a love of teaching and a desire to work in a tech working to improve how primary care back office services are delivered. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, meaning some work can be done remotely, but you will need to spend at least 50% of your time in the company’s London office near Farringdon. The candidate must have the right to work in the UK and be a UK resident. No visa sponsorship will be offered for this position.

Full details are available on Workable, including the application form.
