Practice Operations Manager

Hours: 30-37.5 per week

Salary: £30,000-40,0000 (WTE)

East Lynne Medical Centre is looking for a Practice Operations Manager to manage the operational and HR functions within the practice and provide leadership to the team.

The practice has a list size of approximately 9,000 patients. There are two GP Partners and a loyal team of Doctors, Nurses and administrative staff.

CQC rating ‘Good’ in 2021 and ‘Outstanding’ in the area of well-led.

Core responsibilities will involve:

• Day to day operational management
• HR processes
• IT processes
• Premises management
• Compliance

Candidates must have experience of managing teams. Ideally, they will have experience of working in general practice, although training and support can be provided for those candidates who have transferable experience and skills.

They will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as the ability to prioritise.
