Practice Manager

Castlefields Health Centre based in Runcorn Cheshire, is a high achieving, GP training Practice serving approximately 12,500 patients. We use Emis Web and currently employ 50 members of staff.

The Partners are looking for a qualified manager who can work with them to ensure the success of their practice in a rapidly changing NHS environment as well as provide direction and leadership to the staff.  The successful applicant will need to have strategic awareness to effectively position the practice in the local health and social care system as well as the skill to promote effective and economic team-working and ensure the staff are properly structured in support of the Partners.
