We are a traditional, family doctor dispensing practice in semi-rural Oxfordshire in an attractive modern building and village surroundings. The Practice is successful, well-respected by patients and operated by a superb team of staff.

The current Practice Manager is retiring in September hence this opportunity for an accomplished and highly motivated manager to join the Team.

Experience in leading, managing and cultivating a strong team in a changing environment, is essential. You will be responsible for both the strategic development and day-to-day operational delivery of GP services. NHS experience would be an advantage.

Previous management experience, leadership skills, competency in Microsoft Office and effective communications skills are essential. We are looking for someone with the vision and willingness to drive the future direction of the Practice to maintain its patient-focused efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
