Practice Manager

We are looking for a leader who would like a different challenge to develop our practice, business and raise our profile within the community. You would be joining a thriving split-site medical practice in Central and North Leeds who are focussed on delivering outstanding patient care.

The practice is also part of a fast evolving and established Primary Care Network within the Chapeltown Locality.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic forward thinker and have a good record in financial, workforce and operational management. They will have a values based leadership approach, and posses excellent people and communication skills.  It’s also important that the successful candidate has a demonstrable ability in performance management including reviewing systems and implementing change.

Their main focus and responsibility is to support us to provide an excellent standard of service to our patients and manage all operational aspects of the core primary care business whilst capitalising on  the strengths of the practice workforce.

The position is a full time post.   Healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.
