Practice Manager

Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager to join this established and well respected medical practice. St Margaret's is a friendly and forward thinking GP training practice, with 3 partners and 13000 patients. The partners are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced manager with excellent people-management, communication and organisational skills. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in leadership skills, combined with operational and business management, finance and HR. A background in healthcare would be an advantage, but is not essential. The GP partners will provide mentorship and support to the new manager.
