Practice Manager

At IMH we support GP Practices and NHS GP Led Health Centres throughout England. Our practices provide traditional doctor and nurse led services for both registered and non-registered patients. We offer convenient, local and easy to access healthcare for all patients. We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated manager to lead Maple Surgery in Bar Hill, Cambridge. You will need vision, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to the demands of working within the NHS. Previous experience of managing multidisciplinary teams including clinicians and support staff in a primary care setting is desirable, but not essential. You will also need:

• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A solid understanding of budgets / P&L
• A passion for delivering outstanding services to patients
• Resilience and the ability to challenge the status quo
• The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Business planning and service development experience
• Excellent leadership and HR skills

We offer a competitive salary (£30k-£35k per annum dependent on experience) plus NHS Pension and CPD Training. You’ll join a growing organisation with excellent development opportunities and full support from our Operational, HR and Clinical teams.
