Practice Manager

Westbury Medical Centre is a friendly and forward-thinking GP practice with 10,600 patients and a growing list size.

The practice has an excellent reputation for innovation and has developed roles to provide a range of services to manage patient care. There are plans to move to new purpose-built premises in the next 12-18 months which will provide more space for expansion.

The Partners are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced manager with excellent people-management, communication and organisational skills.  Candidates should have demonstrable experience in HR, IT and operating systems.  A background in healthcare, and experience in finance management would be an advantage, but are not essential. The Surgery has an established Finance Manager in place who would work with and deputise for the Practice Manager.
