JOB DESCRIPTION

PRACTICE BUSINESS MANAGER

Overall job purpose

To manage and coordinate all aspects of the organisation’s day-to-day business, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency, and financial performance, and ensuring the partnership achieves its long-term strategies.

Accountability

Accountable to the partners collectively.  

Location

The post is primarily based across the three practices; Lodge Surgery, Highfield Surgery and Redbourn Health Centre.  There would be an office for the Practice Business Manager at each practice.  Each surgery is an approximate 10 minute drive, therefore a full driving licence and car is required; business miles will be reimbursed.
