An opportunity has arisen in this 16,000 patient practice based over 2 sites, for a forward thinking and innovative person to undertake the strategic and operational role of practice manager. This will be a challenging position in a practice which wants to change working models and skill mix significantly. The successful candidate will be expected to help develop and lead the practice in that change.
Candidates will have excellent organisational and communication skills and a proven track record in financial and business management. Vision, drive and a willingness to constantly adapt, with the ability to motivate staff to adapt to new ways of working, are essential attributes
Experience of working in General Practice or the NHS would be helpful but not essential.
