Our forward-thinking practice is looking to replace our current, retiring practice manager.
We are an enthusiastic, friendly three partner PMS teaching practice with a list size of approximately 9500 patients in Orpington, Kent. We are a high achieving QOF practice with a CQC rating of Good in 2016, with close links to local organisations. There is an excellent admin support team; payroll and pensions are outsourced. We offer flexible working hours.
The practice is looking for an individual with excellent business and HR skills. We require a well organised, flexible person with excellent communication and leadership skills. Your role will be to provide strategic and proactive development of the practice. Prior experience within general practice is not essential.
Salary £43,000 to £47,000 + NHS pension
