An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, organised individual to take ownership of the efficient day to day running of Malmesbury Primary Care (MPCC) centre, as a key member of the Management Team.

MPCC is a patient centred, well respected and growing GP practice in the thriving town of Malmesbury, Wiltshire with 16,000 patients and a 5-star rating on NHS Choices with outstanding reviews from patients.

Malmesbury PCC feels energetic and positive with a strong, well-led and cohesive partnership and an established and loyal dedicated team of 41 health care professionals and support staff.  The practice has a clear vision with core values of ensuring good communication, compassion and continuity of care.  There are well structured, regular meetings for all teams, and a strong culture of openness, democracy and mutual support.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a positive, can - do attitude to meet the day to day challenges of General Practice and support our team.  You’ll need exceptional organisation skills, an understanding of  primary care,  and a willingness to lead change and develop our team and service
