We are a friendly 12,000 patient practice looking for an experienced pro-active Operations Manager to manage our day to day operations.

We are looking for a manager with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of motivating and leading staff, HR experience and complaints handling.

Currently working in general practice or with previous general practice experience, you will have strong interpersonal and organisation skills.

This is a key role in the practice and you will be supported by a part-time Business Manager and an IT Manager and will assist in the future development of the practice.

We are a highly performing, established GMS training practice with a strong record in QOF and CQC ratings.  We have 4 Partners, 5 Salaried GPs and large nursing and administrative teams.
