Silverdale Practice is a well-established training Practice based in Burgess Hill West Sussex.  We have two sites and provide a safe and sustainable service to our registered list of 13,600 patients.  Our Practice Business Manager support a team of 5 GP Partners and a management team consisting of a Finance Manager, Patients Services Manager, Lead Nurse and Management Administrator.  We are a member practice of the Burgess Hill Villages PCN.

We are looking for an experienced senior manager who is passionate about providing excellent healthcare services utilising their well-honed management skills combined with a keenness to challenge and improve operational processes.

The successful candidate with have proven IT skills, a willingness to embrace technology and take responsibility for the day to day operational running of the practice.

  • 28 - 32 hours per week worked over 4 days (Tuesdays off)
  • Starting rate of £37,149 rising to £39,007 after successful probationary period (WTE)
  • 8 weeks annual leave (including Bank Holidays) pro rata
  • Ability for remote working

You will be educated to Degree level or similar and ideally will have been in a similar role for at least two years.

Interviews will be held on Monday 15th April.   

The interview process will consist of a 10/15 presentation on an operational scenario, followed by a question and answer session.  The interview will last around 1 hour and will be face to face at our Avenue site.  If shortlisted - we will contact you on Friday 12th April to confirm interview details, please provide mobile or email as appropriate.
