About the role
Apply for jobDue to retirement we are looking to appoint a full-time Practice Manager to join our friendly team of 4 Partners and a salaried GP in a training practice located in Frimley, Surrey, which has its own premises. The practice is within easy reach of the M3. We are looking for a candidate who can provide leadership and has a sound knowledge of management, IG, finance and HR. Prior experience in healthcare would be an advantage however finding the right candidate with the necessary skills and ambition is our priority.
About the practice:
- List size of 7800 patients
- EMIS Web, Docman 10, DXS, AccuRX
- High QoF achievement
- CQC rated Good
- Enhanced Services including Minor Ops, IUCDs, Implants
- Member of a well-formed Primary Care Network
- Supporting team of 4 nursing staff plus an administration team comprising of reception team, administration staff and secretary
Post to commence in June if possible
Salary in the range of £45000-£50000 per annum dependent upon previous experience
