We recently switched to Whittaker's from a previous supplier whom we'd been with for many years and was impressed by their promptness to queries and how much quicker those items which normally would have taken a week or so with our previous supplier are now delivered next day, in addition to the majority of items which are always delivered next day. On occasion when stock is not available they have always been quick to help resolve the shortages suggesting alternatives or even sourcing from elsewhere. We cannot fault their excellent service and would recommend them to anybody who are looking to improve on their current services.

Innitially we ordered our stock from various suppliers and thought we were getting great deals with add-ons and freebies. We were recommended Whittakers by a fellow PM and have never looked back. The prices are very competitive and overall we have made alot of savings. We have ordered regular stationary but also ordered items like mouse mats with our surgery name, date stamps made to order and named badges for all staff members. We will be ordering our staff nurse and receptionists uniforms here too.

I have a brilliant personal account manager called Anneka Avery, one phonecall and the problem has been resolved and nothing is too much trouble.

The only niggling point I would make is that the website isn't that user friendly, the item pictures are that clear and sometimes the pack size is detailed as "1" but it does not say how many items in that pack. But it's ok once you have ordered a couple of times you get used to it and isn't that bad. I have placed all my items on the "favorites" list so i can quickly order without going through the catalogue.

I wish Whittakers all the best possible business growth for the future.

We have worked with Whittakers for many years and have always found them professional, efficient and always willing to source an item if it is not in their general stock. We deal with a designated salesperson(Maxine) who will 'go the extra mile' for whatever we need. However, when she is unavailabe the available member of staff is always happy to help. Whittakers prices are always competitive and where large numbers of items are involved, negotiable. AND they offer next day delivery - doesn't everyone forget something sometimes! Recently had a delivery of 7 new desks and associated chairs, filing cabinets etc.
The whole experience from design (shoehorning extra desks into existing office space) through to delivery was excellent.
The delivery drivers happily toiled away moving our existing furniture, and constructing the new desks. Nothing was too much trouble.

We often get discounts etc but the supplier who saves us money on an ongoing basis is Whittakers – they have agreed extremely low rates on stationary with the LMC – using Whittaker is saving money on every order adding up to quite a saving in stationary costs over the year.
