Surgery Connect enables GP practices to transition from legacy phone systems to a fully flexible, adaptable, cost-effective and always up-to-date multi-site system that continually meets the demands of a practice.

Surgery Connect is the leading product of its kind in the primary care market and is currently (August 2022) deployed at 1600 in England and Wales, serving an estimated 11 million patients, representing around 17.5 per cent of the GP practice telephony market. It is very easy to configure to do what we want it to in various situations, and if we have any queries or anything we are unsure of, the helpdesk staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to help us. Zaheera was very helpful in analysing our system set ups and with her suggestions to improve some of our outcomes. There are some technical limitations on what we need from the surgery connect, and she promised to bring back updates on those areas. She later provided us with an email summarising the session and some links. Overall, the session took 90 minutes, but we felt it was needed.

The training was organised for two new receptionists but I chose to join. To my surprise, I learned a lot about some features I did not know and there are options that I can feed back the PM about implementing. Zaheera was thorough, answered all our questions. Having taken over from the previous practice manager I had not had any input when surgery connect was implemented and no formal training on how to maximise its use. X-ON has transformed the way we work. We use the x-flow to direct patient to other services and online options whilst they are in the queue. The ability to manipulate the system if we are short staffed due to illness or some other disaster, is an immense help. Our patients love the callback option and really grateful they don't have to stay on the line.
The recording of calls is very easy to use and access, it has helped us call patients bluff many times!
To have control of the telephone system in house, without calling a third party is a must in the present times. Instant changes and full control, game changer!

One of the best decisions I took to change my ancient phone system to Surgery connect. it is so easy to navigate between different tabs and also very easy to record all of the training days of whole year when the practice will be closed. Now we don't even need to dial any patient number, using the phone bar just in a simple click you can call the patient.

Lots to learn on this new system, but nothing is rocket science and very easily adaptable.
Its made quite an impact to our patients, clinicians and overall management of workload and impact on Reception time.

From the point we were sold the system, all was in place as it should be.
The after sales service is excellent.
We have a fantastic named contact to help support. Steve has been exceptionally supportive in holding our hands in the initial few weeks.

I also note that Surgery Connect has been named one of the 5 preferred provider for advanced telephony going forward by NHSE, so we are chuffed to be on board.

We look forward to making improvements to the way we work as we now have a support telephony solution to work more remotely with ease.

Financially, it is a more expensive system, but when you see what you get and the fact that the billing is very simplified with one bill overall - it's worth it.

Anyone looking to switch - I would not hesitate and highly recommend.

We signed up with Surgery Connect in 2019. We have had a great working relationship together and the telephone system is very good. If we have had any issues in the past which I can confirm are not very frequent the support team have been excellent. All staff adapted to the new system very easily. Highly recommend.

The two/three week installation period of changing to Surgery Connect has been managed not only professionally but additionally full consideration given to us as a working practice, with a team of two technicians working around the practice, quietly, not interfering in the working day and very tidy and respectful. My experience of the X-on team and the service delivery team that have been supporting the roll out of the surgery connect product in particular has been extremely positive. The team take the time to teach you the skills to run your own phone system and to troubleshoot issues. They are happy to give advice or to just support you to build things your own way. My experience of the X-on team and the service delivery team that have been supporting the roll out of the surgery connect product in particular has been extremely positive. The team take the time to teach you the skills to run your own phone system and to troubleshoot issues. They are happy to give advice or to just support you to build things your own way. Our Practice had been getting bad press on social media for long call queues and patients were were very fractious by the time they got to the call handling team. Steve, our Client Relationship Manager, helped us through revamping our whole call flow process. He was brilliant and came up with some really good ideas on how to improve the patient experience. After a few weeks of planning and building the new call flows on x-flow we now seem to have achieved much happier patients at the point of contact and a better call flow experience.
Feedback from staff and patients has been very positive and we are very grateful to Steve and X-on for making our system much more efficient and user friendly.

We had this telephone systems installed on 14th December and were dreading it, however the install and training has been excellent. Since then we have had various questions regarding set up as there have been changes we have needed to make and the support from the support desk has been superb. I would highly recommend X-on.

We were looking for a web based interactive telephone solution and met these guys at a PM event a couple of years ago. It has changed our telephone service tremendously. The staff like how user friendly it is especially when working remotely. The reporting element of this system is great the call recording function really helped us with reflection of our patient/practice interactions and of course with our complaints. We have also had very good ongoing support with quick solutions when there are issues. I would recommend this telephone provider/system to any organisation.

We have had the new phone system for over 7-8 months now and everything has been a straight forward and easy process. Our old phone system was a nightmare as we had two different phone systems between two of our sites, this made it difficult to reach our employees. Surgery connect has allowed us to rise above this issue with its straight forward user console and hand sets.

Better yest, the support team are always straight onto issues we may be having with the system and they are caring and considerate when trying to for fill out needs. I find surgery connect excellent and I highly recommend this service if you haven't already considered it!

This phone system is very flexible. Allowing us to use it the way we want it to. We can change the message to the needs of the Practice with a few clicks. Allow us to create options when required e.g a separate option to book the flu vaccine. Our PCN use it so there is no restrictions on how many lines we have. The service is faultless and everyone is always helpful.

From the beginning to end x-on have been amazing! Their communication has been excellent and even after installation their support and care has been second to none. I have been very impressed with the communication over the project re installation and setup and where we have had an issue using our new handsets because of a BT issue, who then failed to turn up at site, X-ON managed to send an engineer out the next day who was then able to fix the issue. From our first encounter, x-on/surgery connect have been very quick to react to any submitted tickets. When I have had technical issues and called, again, there has been a human to speak with and who rectified the problem very fast. We have also had a couple of instances of no service - nothing to do with x-on but good old BT and again, x-on helped me trouble shoot and determine where the problem lay. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you don't have x-on yet, don't delay, you will never regret switching to them. Excellent product, excellent support staff and really customer centric!

Recently move over to X-on and it has been really efficient. Queuing patients rather than engaged tones has improved the patients experience. Analytic tools allows us to look at many different aspects including busier periods and planning for it. The recording has been useful in disputes. It has also connected 3 sites rather than having to go through the main numbers every time.

The best move we ever made from our very dated phone system in Dec 2021. Easy to navigate, can record and play-back calls, can edit the phone messages for patients, can control the call flow more easily. We had X-on installed around a month ago and are seriously impressed not only with the system, but the customer service and support we have received, nothing is too much trouble and our questions and queries are always solved. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We have found X-on very professional, return calls and answer emails when promised and in a timely manner. The onsite engineers where very helpful on installation week, taking time to go through the actual workings of phone and offering advice. The helpdesk is easy to get through to and currently all of our queries have been answered.

Really impressed with all aspects from initial discussion through to installation. The staff and patients love the system and since having it installed in January we haven't had a single complaint. The monthly reports are really useful and informative. Would highly recommend the company and its system.

We had Xon Surgery connect installed in March this year. They first had to do a rewiring job which meant new cabling for all our telephones. This was done so smoothly whilst the practice was open and caused us no problems. On installation day itself again the system switch over was smooth and support training really good. Having experienced phone system changes before I was very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it all went. The ongoing benefits from the real time information the system gives us is really impressive. I thoroughly recommend them to any practice. Don't delay ring them today!!

Just had our first anniversary of using Surgery Connect and we're really pleased with it. The support staff are very helpful and any queries have been dealt with promptly. It's been excellent for reception staff working from home as they can pick up calls to the reception group via the soft phone function. Can highly recommend it.

X-on communications is 5/5 all round. The system is so easy to use and navigate. The service is immaculate, it integrates with EMIS, offers Wallboard services to monitor and has enabled staff and GPs to work from home, especially during the pandemic. They are efficient with any issues or problems that need to be resolved. I would like to give a big thank you to our account manager Carla.

I cannot say how great the new system is. It has made a difference to the way we are able to handle the calls coming in to the Practice - which as everyone knows has vastly increased over the last 2 years. There are endless features that can help the patients and staff navigate the demands put onto Primary care. The training was very good and the continuing support is very responsive. You are never worried about asking for help or further instructions. The recording feature has helped to resolve any misunderstandings and it also allows for reporting on number of calls received, busiest times of the day - to help with staffing levels and average waiting times. It also allows for home working if needed with a soft phone which shows the patient that the surgery is calling.
Best change that the Surgery could have made. Thank you.

We have been a customer for just over 1 year. The system is easy to use and the live wall board lets you see what workload is coming in and the easy use of listening to call recordings is a godsend for settling disputes, easy to change messages and update the system and support is excellent and will talk you through any things you cannot grasp.

Fantastic! I went with Surgery Connect purely from recommendations from others and I was not disappointed. Our live day was delayed by a couple of weeks but this was due to another company and X-ON were very supportive the whole way through. They are incredibly responsive with any questions and queries and this has continued after we have gone live. The support team are also fab and managed to sort the one issue we had following 'go live' in minutes! This is exactly what I was looking for and they did not fail to deliver.

It has been the best change for our surgery. This telephone system is perfectly designed for GP surgery. We can program almost all of the system on our fingertips, monitoring call log, call recording, patients like the information where they are in the queue & call back service, short cut dial-out option, working from home advantage, the call can be transferred to any mobile if needed, 24/7 helpline, especially on busy time we can extend answering lines, and there are so many more that makes our day to day work easier. The customer support team and account manager did a brilliant job to make things smoothly, they are helpful, friendly and any issue would be dealt with immediately. Highly recommended.

This has been the biggest and best change to happen in the practice since I have been here. We have gone from hours of queues to a very slight queue in the mornings and many using the call back service. The facilities it offers are tailored made for your practice and worth the effort of changing, which they take you through step by step. Our biggest complaint was telephones and I now have numerous calls and emails praising the service. The reception staff love it as the patients are not already in a bad mood from being in a queue. Working from home has been a great advantage for clinicians and me, with lots of other staff now being added. I can not list all the functions, that have been invaluable to me, only to say I can not recommend them enough!!

We have been with X-on for about 8 months now and have found everything to be excellent. They were very supportive through the switch and since then have offered help and training whenever needed. Any issues that we have had such as a phone not working have been resolved within an hour. They listen to feedback and implement changes, I did a lot of research before changing providers and for GP surgeries, their system seems to be one of the best. The TPP integration works very well, as a new customer make sure you give your local IT plenty of time before going live to approve this though as the delay can be a few months.

We went live last Friday18th March, with no interruptions to our services. The training was excellent so we felt confident to use the system which is very user friendly. The best thing we have done, finally having a telephone service that gives patients choices and we can instantly see what is going on in the practice. We are absolutely delighted with our new telephone system. From our first enquiry to installation and go live, the entire process has been smooth and seamless. Everyone at X-on is very professional and very supportive. It is a very instinctive system, backed up with excellent training that can be taken when it is convenient to the user. Very good value for money compared with our previous system and makes the best use of modern technology. Helps us better manage our business, knowing call volumes etc and enables us to staff up and staff down regarding call handling. Highly recommended.

We've had Surgery Connect for 8 months and found the transition very smooth. The system is very adaptable and far easier to use than our previous one. We've had two system failures during this time (secure lines down) and the emergency backup mobiles provided worked well and we had no telephone downtime. We are very happy with Surgery Connect.

Going from a very antiquated system with no call queue or even options was nerve-wracking. However, we have found the system a huge bonus and it has helped us become more efficient. I love the fact that we are completely in control of the script and options. Spending time on set-up is a must but it is also so easily tweaked. The service team are fairly easy to get hold of and great at explaining issues and fixes to help us become even more self-sufficient, they are also happy to apply the fix/change for those less tech-savvy.

It made such a difference to have someone come to the practice to look at our system with us to help smooth out some of our niggles and lack of knowledge following "go live" in July 2021. The ticket system works well for individual issues, but our request for a follow up has made all the difference - only wish it had happened a little sooner.

Surgery Connect has everything you need. It enables you to manage your own telephone systems quickly and easily, giving you full control of call flows, queueing systems, phone messages, live data and reporting. It integrates with EMIS and is the perfect solution to support home working with it's soft phone and mobile phone functions. Patients also like the new system, especially the queue buster during the busier periods. I would certainly recommend to any Practice looking to upgrade their system.

X-On have brought GP telephones systems kicking and screaming into the 21st Century! I did my research of the main Telephone solutions out there and there is no doubt this is the leader. Completely amazed by the product and the functionality it brings which I'm sure will save hours of admin time per week. Mark from sales was great at explaining the system, which was a big change for our practice from our previous system. The training provided both with virtual tutorials and online videos complemented the learning of the system to the point that I felt comfortable managing the whole system. The installation team (Dan) was fantastic and dealt with any installation challenges with ease, and Justin was remarkable with the call flow set up, and went above and beyond by giving ideas to make the system work for us better then we had envisioned. One final point, there was confusion on the contract but Justin resolved this - I can only say that this is a credit to their customer service and shows the honesty and integrity that this company holds itself up to.

We are extremely happy with the system. The support team are always friendly, very helpful and problems are dealt with efficiently. During last year when several of our team members worked from home we were able to divert calls directly to our mobile phones via the phone system so that our call handling was not disrupted. Changing messages on the system is quick and easy to do so patients can be kept updated when calling the practice. All in all a great system that I would highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with the system, however what sold it for us was the amazing customer service throughout the process of transferring to X-ON (Surgery Connect). Initially Danielle (account manager) was very informative and helpful, managing to help wherever she could. Adam (engineer) was fantastic on the day of Go Live, reduced near enough all stress that comes with a system start up and was very knowledgeable and calm. Our current point of contact, Alexandra Sefton who is dealing with our aftercare queries is also very helpful and knowledgeable, providing an excellent service.
On top of the above comments, the system has been very efficient and has added a great benefit to our Practice.

Excellent service! Most likely top 3 telephone service in England! Very uniquely made.

Surgery Connect has definitely brought a lot of positivity to the surgery especially towards patient. It's very clear and easy to use.

There are a lot of plus points of using the Surgery Connect and one of them is, how it automatically connects to the line 3 once line 1 finishes its call with line 2, which means less fear from the patient point of you as if something accidently happens i.e. line gets dropped/line cuts off, the worry of having to wait on the line again for x amount of times is absolutely 0 %.

It also allows us to input a voice message but the advantage is to those who are shy to speak, you could actually type up the message which you would like everyone to hear and it automatically picks up what you've typed and the message gets added once you have finalised it.

I cannot empathise how happy we ALL are at work place and Thank you to Surgery Connect for making everything easy for us.

X-on are a great company and we are really pleased we chose them as our new supplier. Through every step of the way from planning/training and installation they were very supportive and could not do enough to help us. They have installed many systems in GP Surgeries they know exactly the best way to do this. I was worried as we are in an old building with very thick walls and although it wasnt the easiest installation for them they went above and beyond to get the job done and the engineers were really helpful.
The sound quality and recording of the new system is great and the software is easy to use, you can do everything at the touch of a button and the ease of being able to divert calls to mobile or soft phone is brillant. I would definately recommend them to other Practices and businesses.

We have been using this system for a while now, we had a few teething problems just getting used to a new system but it's been really great. The extra features of the back office has helped with appraisals, dealing with complaints and auditing our calls. Being able to add or remove staff from call groups remotely is really helpful and having one extension number per person is so helpful when you have clinicians moving from room to room.

The system works so well in a general practice environment, providing not just the basic incoming and outgoing call function, but also opportunity to educate and sign-post. Great system that allowed us to finally unify our comms across 4 sites during the pandemic. The softphone is a particularly useful feature which meant we could have more people homeworking to help with social distancing on-site. X-On have been very supportive and communication during our transition has been very good especially when attempting to get the relevant Voice Data connectivity installed at each site. Training and support has been excellent. Overall, the system is extremely flexible giving you the power to build and shape the call environment to suit your own needs.

We are very pleased with our new telephone system. It has been over a year since we changed the telephone system and we cannot be happier. It has helped us during the pandemic season and still is. We are not missing any calls from patients. It is user friendly with the reports I can easily see who is taking long to answer calls and it is a good tool for training staff.

I found the set up process and configuring the system incredibly easy and flexible. I can re-assign the design and direct lines as required. X-on is an excellent telephone system and it has really improved the way our surgery runs. It's been useful in seeing how we can improve our service in the surgery especially during the last year as the pandemic has changed the way we communicate with our patients. We are all very pleased with our new telephone system. The new phones and headsets are great. The recording system is very useful and easy to review if needed. The support and training has been great and this is going to save us a lot of money as well as being a very smart slick system. Very pleased indeed. Recommend this company and their system.

During the pandemic we would not have been able to facilitate working from home without the flexibility of Surgery Connect, the system is incredibly user friendly, call recording is so easy to access and download, reports are exactly the ones we need- support are very prompt at getting back to us and investigating any issues

Excellent and supportive service throughout, pre-go live preparation and training was in-depth and the support line team are always very helpful. The system itself is wonderful, we are able to monitor calls and manage our processes in a much more professional way and patients are very happy with our new telephone system. Can't imagine how we managed without it!

I cannot fault the implementation process. They were very responsive to our needs right from the presentation to the sign up and implement very smooth process. They kept us informed throughout. We have been live for about 3 weeks, staff love the system. Remote working is no longer an issue with phones. Patients also love the fact that they can hang up the phone and still keep their place in the queue. All in all a very good system.

I have to say X-on have been amazing from initial set up to support and the system itself. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been brilliant so helpful. Our go live day with soft phones so so smooth no issues and the hard phones install.The system itself is so flexible, allowing staff to work from home with ease. As a lover of tech and a hater of rubbish systems, I was excited to find X-On and discover the wealth of functionality their telephone system had to offer. We went live in January 2021 with them and have not looked back. Everything is simple and so very easy to use. The staff love it and, most importantly, the patients love it. Just fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Before getting Surgery Connects' telephone system we were working in the dark and now it is as if someone has turned the lights on. We ensure the right number of staff are managing the lines at the right time. We can have the most complex call flow installed very quickly with bespoke message which we can change within seconds. All calls being recorded has changed the behaviour of patients calling in and we can give the freedom of doctors' and staff being able to work from home with ease. We looked around for a telephone system for about a year before opting for Surgery Connect. The cost for the system is made back easily by being able to manage staff and patients better. The main fear of moving to a new system is the change but the team at Surgery Connect made this painless and they were there holding our hand all the way. If you are opting for a new system then look no further.

We’ve had surgery connect for over 2 years and it is brilliant. The user console, push to call, call recording and softphone work perfectly. X-on is the most reliable service - never fails to get back to me within a day or so, they always are very helpful over the phone also.
The service is amazing as it connects to our application Emis web and brings up the patient automatically. It also helps in training and with complaints also as everything is recorded.

System has proven useful to our surgery and has eliminated the issue of previously only having 4 lines to dial out on. System Connect is easy enough to use, particularly to set up outgoing messages to the public. Only gripe would be not being able to physically see whose line is engaged with a quick look at the handset, and not having a physical notification on the handset that a voicemail has been left. I appreciate that these are facilities that are available via the user console though and we will just have to adjust to the change. All in all, it is working for us as a surgery

Recently switched over to X-on from our previous telephone system which had become outdated. The queuing feature has been fantastic for patients and the User Console gives a real-time analysis of callers into and out of the surgery so we can ensure enough resources for calls to be quickly handled. GPs and clinicians have found it very useful and very simple/easy-to-use system, though full training is provided. Would recommend to any and all GP practices no matter what size.

We changed to Surgery Connect in November 2020 following the expanding of our practice to two sites; thus allowing us to seamlessly integrate our phone systems across both sites.
This move proved to be timeous as we are now able to offer a fully integrated phone system off site for those who are working remotely. The installation and post installation support were excellent and we are pleased that we made the decision to move our telephony to Surgery Connect (X-on)

There is no way we could cope with the pandemic without our wonderful Surgery Connect cloud phone system. The voice message has had to change daily to cope with daily vaccination and eHub changes snd central coronavirus restrictions and messages. We use ‘text to voice’, update the text and choose from a variety of lifelike human sampled voices to read the message. Scheduled messages easily coped with a multitude of special arrangements for certain days and the whole thing has given us assurance when lots of local practices were struggling and giving out of date and incorrect information. We use various key options for patient information about the pandemic and our changes to cope. Just one part of the information system that has made Surgery Connect outstanding in our response to the most difficult time in the history of general practice. Doing my eHub session this weekend also using a Surgery Connect system I can be assured by using their ‘soft phone’ that my calls will be recorded and seem as coming from that service. The facilities provided are outstanding and amazing value for money and I think you’d have to make a very strong case for NOT using X-on’s Surgery Connect

The service has been brilliant and of top quality since we joined in 2018 and especially since the beginning of the pandemic where they have been proactive in including great additional features such as the softphone. After many years of really bad telephone system, it was such a relief to move to X-on in July! The transition was almost seamless, everyone adapted very quickly to the new system and patients are just so much happier. Also a life saver for working from home staff members during the pandemic. We have a few minor issues, usually resolved very quickly. Justin is very helpful and support desk responsive. However, getting through support line can take a few minutes, which for urgent issues is not ideal. Sometimes the phones are back on working before we managed to get through to find out what is the issue.

Justin from the relationship team and Oneyka from the service delivery team deserves a special thanks for making the whole transfer go smoothly despite a couple of initial hiccups from BT and our old provider which were managed very well. The telephone system is brilliant with remote calls and video calls enabled. It integrates very well with EMIS and makes it easy to call patients or text patients which are recorded in the system. The dash board is very useful in monitoring demand. The call quality is very good. The onsite training for all staff was excellent as well. I would highly recommend XON and their telephone system

We have been using the X-ON Surgery Connect phone setup for 12 months now. The whole process from the initial installation and follow up has been so impressive. Any issues encountered have been dealt with efficiently and expertly by the X-ON support team. The system has made the management of the reception and admin team so much easier. Investigating complaints has been simple with all calls being easily accessed, and resolutions made much quicker. The ability for the staff to move from room to room and be able to log into the phone system has made contacting colleagues much more efficient. All in all no hesitation that this is the right phone system for any Medical Practice.

It is easy to manipulate how calls are routed into the surgery and then review the statistical reports to fine tune the system for best patient experience. One of the many features on this system is the the call recording - an ideal way to maintain quality monitoring and team training. The X-on team have been extremely supportive through install and onward care. They even implemented soft phone calling for us from our cold site, before our contract was live! So many phone companies forget onward customer support once they have sold the system to you - I am pleased to say we no longer have to worry about this now that we are with X-on.

Had Surgery Connect installed at the end of September and it has worked really well. Already we have seen pattern of when we need staff, as well as individual staff efficiency in answering phones. However the best feature is that we can all work from home, including reception, if needed. We have had a receptionist who was self-isolating and would have struggled to keep up with phone calls if she could not work from home. Still early days but looking like it will be a great benefit for business continuity.

Had Surgery Connect installed at the end of September and it has worked really well. Already we have seen pattern of when we need staff, as well as individual staff efficiency in answering phones. However the best feature is that we can all work from home, including reception, if needed. We have had a receptionist who was self-isolating and would have struggled to keep up with phone calls if she could not work from home. Still early days but looking like it will be a great benefit for business continuity.

Surgery Connect has been fantastic for us during COVID as it has transformed the way we operate. It has allowed our staff to work remotely if required without disrupting service delivery. The product itself is flexible, the support is fantastic and the new S1 integration looks to be really useful for our reception team as it will speed up the way they deal with patients.

We have been with X-on just coming up to one year. Good telephone system with loads of functionalities, especially handy during this period of remote working. Excellent support team who are on the ball and assist with any issues immediately. Comprehensive monthly management report which has aided us in reviewing and planning services. The way forward for GP practices, lots of amazing features available and excellent monthly management reports to review demand and plan accordingly. We were looking for a new phone system we met with a few companies,We have decided to go with surgery concect,They have been extremely helpful with the transistion with our current suppliers which were being difficult,they went out of there way and even will be helping us paying for the buying out of the old contract. I can say for large practice our phone bill will be half what we are paying now. Can't thanks the team enough and look forward to our go live date.

Very good telephony product, specifically aimed at GP practices and improving all the time. The development of new features and time it takes to tweak existing features is far quicker than any other software provider we've worked with. The all-inclusive pricing works well because the cost is still lower than our previous supplier but we get far more for our money and access new features as soon as they're available at no extra cost.

Recording telephone conversations and being able to play these back has been a huge asset, especially for staff training and dealing with complaints. From the very beginning to the very end of the process, every part of the team were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The system itself is adaptable but easy to manage and the ongoing support has been quick and is provided in a clearly explained way. The Go Live went smoothly with no interruption to patient services although we did have a hitch with the direct dial numbers being ported across. The training the practice received was great and ensured all the staff knew how to use the new phone system. The reporting facilities are great for management purposes. I would recommend this phone solution to anyone wishing to provide a very professional and efficient service.

We switched from the BT to surgery connect couple of months ago simply because of the poor customer service we received from the BT. Apart from easy one to one communication with the X-on customer service personnel, this new phone system has multiple features that comes with no extra cost like call queuing, spreading incoming calls during pea time, calls recording & attaching with the consultation, emis integration (calls from emis GP system page by clicking patient's details for triaging etc. saves time - also SMS can be sent). Most importantly, we can see live system and reporting is very easy. All in all this is a very user friendly innovative telephone system I'd recommend to any business specially in the general practice.

This system provided us which features which, with our old system was difficult and in some cases unavailable. We now have visibility of our call queues and the support desk we engage with is quick to respond and resolve any queries. The go-live date went beyond smoothly. This system provided us which features which, with our old system was difficult and in some cases unavailable. We now have visibility of our call queues and the support desk we engage with is quick to respond and resolve any queries. The go-live date went beyond smoothly. Overall we are pleased with the system and would recommend them.

We have been using X-on since March 2018 and have been very happy. The switch over to X-on was smooth and very good training was given to staff. The support has been excellent. Our next step is to install Emis integration. We also managed to half our costs switching to X-on!

We are a 15,000 Patient surgery and switched to X-on about 18 months ago. The system has enabled us to vastly improve our patient experience in accessing our services and for our staff to undertake their jobs fully. The new EMIS-Phone link is proving very useful to our Patient Services staff as well as our clinicians. We are particularly impressed by the support provided and fast turn around to any issues or requests for changes. Highly Recommended.

We had a good experience when we moved across to X-on nearly a year ago and were pleased to get away from an old analogue system. The install of the new system (at two sites) was quick and painless. The monthly reports are very helpful and the support engineers do their best to answer our service requests promptly. I would recommend this company.

The call board is really useful to see how many calls are waiting to come through and also that all calls are answered and put in a queue so has stopped complaints about the lines being engaged all the time. It now means patients are realising how many calls are trying to get through to the practice!! The team at X-on will try and sort any problems out asap. Its a much better system and the reports received at the end of each month help to recognise just how busy we are!

Pleasantly surprised with this telephone system. Initially we have had teething problems, as with any new system, but the support desk are quick to respond to resolve. From start to finish customer service has been excellent, keeping the Practice up to date with all aspects from delivery of the phones, installation and training of staff.

As a surgery we have been happy with the service provided by x-on. When any issues arise they are quick to resolve the situation and are always keen to help. We are able to monitor the wait time and keep an eye on how many calls we have in the queue to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

On the occasion that we need to listen to a phone call this is easily accessible via the management console. Amendments to the phone system can be made easily via this service.

The quality of the phone line has been to a high standard. On switch over day we had minimal interruption and able to continue to accept patients calls throughout. Any problems have been dealt with by support team. Having control of the flow of calls has improved our customer service and patients are less dissatisfied.

Wish we'd moved over sooner! Competitive contract, great account manager, excellent support (although we did have a few teething problems on the go live day) and so much better than what we had before. I'd thoroughly recommend GP Connect to any practices thinking of installing a new telephone system.

X-on offers an excellent service, with constant updates that fulfils the surgery needs.

We have used X-on for just over a year and we're really pleased with both the product and the service. We have had a few teething problems but the support from our Account Manager and Service Desk has been great and any issues/queries are resolved quickly.

We really like how the product keeps evolving and if you have things you would like building, the company always listens.

Our old system didn't have the functionality that our new system has and the ability to record calls has been a great help.

I would definitely recommend X-on to anyone looking to change telephone systems.

The call quality is excellent and in over 2 years, the reliability of the system has been remarkable. Other features we value include the call recording function and the performance statistics (both individual and team). We now have a far superior and much more flexible system than previously and at a reduced cost.

We have used Surgery Connect for the last 3 years or so. We have found the system perfect for our needs. X-On are fabulous at responding to any problems we may have and they are constantly looking at ways to improve the service. I would recommend this telephone system without a doubt

X-On responded to our needs at the 11th hour during mobilisation. They provided us with an extremely competitive rate and the service they have provided since go-live has been exceptional. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone who requires any sort of call recording and retrieval system.

We have used X-on for over a year now and have been delighted with making the change to them. The ability to configure your set up in house ensures that as the business changes we can adapt the phone system to match, and when things do get tricky and technical their support staff are friendly and happy to help.

Its not all been plain sailing, and getting used to the VOIP set up did take some adjustment but now it has bedded in our phone service has turned a corner and is now at a much better level our previous more traditional approach. The flexibility you get with this system to allow people to take calls from any desk is really useful, and the ability to have users operating across different sites offers the virtual call centre type approach.

We have had an outage, not long after we went live, and the problem was widespread but they do offer a mobile phone back service that can be turned on to enable calls to still be taken so the risk to the continuity of business was mitigated as well as could be hoped.

Its good to see that X-on are still developing and enhancing their product, taking on board feedback from their customers. Always a positive when the relationship with the supplier continues to blossom after you have signed up and paid.
