The whole experience of the switch over from the existing service to Surgery Connect was seamless, The engineers and the project team were most helpful and the implementation was very smooth. Pre-installation demo videos got the more technophobic staff worried, but once the system was installed and operational they all commented on how they shouldn't have worried so much.

We moved over to Surgery Connect in January and the new system has definitely transformed the way we work especially in reception and has also enhanced the patient experience with far less queuing time and with the option of the call back. The receptionists have reported that they can work so much more efficiently because they can see when the calls start queuing and they can prioritise answering the phones when busy. The patients are so much happier when they get through quickly too.
