Do I Get An Account Manager?
Its fully supported! We will set your practice up with a dedicated account manager and our in-house technical team is available to help or set up campaigns for you if you are short on time.
How Secure Is My Patient Data?
We take data security seriously. Our platform operates on a secure socket layer (SSL), we are PCI compliant which means our servers are regularly audited and we are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ZA134992). Our platform also has a secure file transfer area where you can upload data to. The platform also keeps an log file (accessible in your account) for any actions on your account so there is a full audit trail.
What’s The Quality Like?
Stannp.com print using full color Xerox digital presses as standard, we print on 120gsm paper inserted into a white windowed C5 envelope (90gsm). Our daily quality control checks make sure you have confidence in what is being dispatched. We recognise we are representing your brand and take this seriously.
How Long Does It Take My Mail To Arrive?
Stannp.com use Whistl as the mail partner and they directly inject the mail into the network bypassing local sorting offices. Because of this the mail is guaranteed to arrive in 2 days.
